oxfordshire manor

This package comprised a significant section of the redevelopment of a Grade 2 listed Manor for a private client, as such, we are unable to share images of the project.

Following demolition of some existing buildings our first operation was to carefully locate and prove routes of live existing services which included fibre, HV and rising mains. We implemented safe systems of work to facilitate commencement of foundations pending diversions.

We then completed an earthworks exercise to cut and fill all work areas and to form piling mats utilising crushed material arising from demolition.

Substructures were a combination of piled and traditional strip foundations and floors both block and beam and ground bearing slabs.

A new access road has been formed to serve all accommodation blocks, stores buildings and plant compound along with all new services including foul and storm drainage and pump station.
